TPS Visible Project Management Services aims to provide clients with three principal benefits:

We provide professional and effective executive management of buildings, construction, refurbishment or fitting out projects on behalf of a building owner or occupier from inception to completion.
We offer single project management services, or a combination of those available below, to our clients, dependent upon their specific needs.
Client Representation.
We act on behalf of the client as a single point of contact throughout the construction process.
Employer's Agent.
We act as the owner's representative and contract administrator where a design and build contract has been used for the procurement of building works.
Development Audit and Monitoring.
We will fully review and audit project documentation for suitability and compliance. Our experts monitor the development process in terms of quality, programme and cost on behalf of an investor or funder who is not directly involved in the day-to-day management of the construction project. We will identify and analyse potential risks whether qualified or quantified in terms of potential delays and increased costs.
Added Value Management.
We will carry our systematic reviews, initially of the project brief and, later, the evolved design to ensure best value.
Project Programming.
We prepaire a summary and detailed computer-based
programmes for assessment and control of the feasibility,
design and implementation stages of a project.
